It seems like every year, there is a song that takes over my house during the summer. It ends up on repeat and I hear it many many times over the course of these three months. I enjoy music and have a wide variety of tastes, but these songs are some examples of summer songs in my household the last couple of years. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteIt's always nice to figure out the catchy songs in commercials, Yael Naim had the song New Soul that Apple used a while back and I remembering searching that one out. She was the first Israeli musician that I've purchased music from because of that commercial.

ReplyDeleteHa Ha - I used to make those all the time. My wife and I were both avid mix-tape makers back in the day. Now I have hundreds of songs on my iPhone and don't need to burn a disc or record a cassette with everything in one place. Glad you enjoyed the songs!

DeleteIf it's just me listening to music I love country (Zac Brown Band, Thomas Rhett, etc). If I'm with my husband, it's usually classic rock (Journey, Queen, etc). Now with a infant at home the Little Einsteins channel on Pandora has been popular.

DeleteGreat songs! Our house has a similar thing happening, but my girls have been stuck on the Greatest Showman soundtrack. Just when I had hit my limit, they've switched to Mamma Mia.
ReplyDeleteHa Ha Ha - I think it's so funny that kids will focus on one song or one album and only want to hear that sometimes. My son and daughter both know where the repeat button is.
